McDermott International with its companions, Chiyoda International Corporation and Zachry Group, introduced that Train 2 of the Freeport LNG challenge on Quintana Island in Freeport, Texas, has begun producing liquefied pure fuel (LNG). This important challenge achievement is a precursor to first cargo.
“First liquid for Train 2 is one other nice accomplishment for the Freeport LNG challenge,” stated Mark Coscio, McDermott’s Senior Vice President for North, Central and South America. “As we progress to first cargo for Train 2, we applaud the diligence and dedication of the challenge crew for driving Freeport LNG towards a protected completion.”
Zachry Group, because the three way partnership lead, partnered with McDermott for the Pre-FEED in 2011, adopted by FEED works to help the early growth stage of the challenge as a one-stop store resolution supplier for Trains 1 and a couple of.
